For as long as I can remember, I've always loved art and music. Whether painting, sketching, beading, or making something out of clay, I was constantly doing something to get the creative juices flowing. Around age ten, I started to buy disposable cameras from the drug stores. I would fill it up within a day or two and turn it in for my film to be developed. That, my friends, is when my photo frenzy began. As I became older I used the family camera so much that it was basically mine. Over two years ago, around Christmas, someone ask me if I knew what I wanted to study. Without even thinking my mouth said "photography!" I realized how important it had become to me and it was definitely something I wanted to do for rest of my life.
Ever since then, every year seems to bring a huge milestone. Last year I started my blog. This year I purchased my fist camera (Canon 7D). And most recently, a few months ago, I had the amazing privilege to second-shoot my first two weddings!
I feel so amazingly blessed that God has opened all these wonderful privileges to me at my age. It is overwhelming really, how fast things have been happening to make this dream come true. I thank God for blessing me with a talent to make art out of capturing something he has already created.
